This policy sets out what you may not do with the platform. It supplements the Terms of Service and applies to every user of every workspace.

Shared Platform edition This is the edition that applies to shared tenancy. Reading the wrong one? Show the dedicated edition

Your workspace runs on AppSite-operated Google Cloud infrastructure. Your data is stored in shared databases, separated from other customers by tenant identifier and enforced server-side security rules. AppSite operates, deploys, patches, monitors and backs up the platform for you.

Prohibited activity

Illegal use, or use that facilitates illegal activity.

Infringing intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights.

Sending unsolicited bulk or commercial email, or using the platform's email features to send mail to recipients who have not consented.

Distributing malware, or hosting phishing or fraudulent content.

Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the platform, another tenant's workspace, or any account you do not own.

Probing, scanning or load-testing infrastructure you do not own without our prior written permission.

Circumventing metering, quotas, entitlement gates or billing.

Reselling or white-labelling the platform without a written agreement.

Tenant boundaries

The shared platform separates customers logically. Deliberately attempting to read, write or infer another tenant's data is a serious violation and is treated as a security incident, with immediate suspension and referral to authorities where warranted.

If you discover a way to cross a tenant boundary, report it to security@appsite.ca rather than exploring it. Good-faith reports are welcomed and will not be penalized.

AI use

Do not use AI features to generate unlawful content, to impersonate a real person or organization, to produce material that would mislead if published, or to process personal information you have no lawful basis to process.

Do not use AI features to generate bulk content for spam, or to evade metering.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access. Where the risk is active we may act first and notify promptly after. Where it is not, we will normally give notice and an opportunity to correct.

Reporting

Report abuse or security concerns to security@appsite.ca.
