Overview
This page explains how users may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information handled through AppSite websites, modules, portals, dashboards, or connected services.
Requests users may make
Depending on applicable law and the service involved, users may request access to personal information, correction of inaccurate or incomplete information, deletion of personal information where deletion is legally and technically available, information about use or disclosure, or withdrawal of consent where legally permitted.
How to submit a request
Send requests to paul@appsationsinc.com. Include enough information for us to identify the account, tenant, website, module, booking, form, or service related to the request. Do not send unnecessary sensitive information by email.
Identity verification
We may need to verify identity before providing access, making corrections, or deleting records. This helps protect users from unauthorized requests.
Limits on deletion
Some information may need to be retained where required or permitted for legal, tax, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, backup, or legitimate business purposes. Deleted information may remain temporarily in encrypted backups until normal backup rotation removes it.
Encrypted data
Some services may encrypt selected sensitive fields before storage. If we do not hold the decryption key, we may not be able to recover readable content.
Response timing
We aim to respond within a reasonable period after receiving enough information to verify and process the request. Some requests may take longer depending on complexity, legal requirements, or tenant-specific records.
